communities by uniformly administering and enforcing plans, policies
and ordinances to manage development in a sustainable, planned,
efficient and environmentally sound manner.

To assist with the provision of healthy, durable, and
affordable housing for eligible Rock County properties and residents
by successfully administering the approved Planning & Development
