Rock County, in cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Health and Family Services, Division of Disability and Elder Services, participated in a planning phase for an Aging and Disability Resource Center or ADRC.  

Current Status:  The planning efforts ceased in June, 2008.  Future planning has been put on hold.

What is an ADRC?  An ADRC is a service center that provides a place for the public to get accurate, unbiased information on all aspects of life related to aging or living with a disability.

ADRC Vision Statement:  The Rock County ADRC promotes independence, healthy living and quality of life. 

ADRC Mission Statement:  Mission of Rock ADRC is to support older adults, people with disabilities, their families and caregivers by providing useful information, assistance and education on community services and long term care options.
