  Disabled Persons with proper identification can ride regular JTS and BTS buses at half fare. All regular route buses and Beloit-Janesville Express buses are accessible to persons with disabilities, including those in wheelchairs.
   
• Paratransit Service
   
  For qualifying persons with disabilities unable to use regular buses because of their disability, Beloit and Janesville Transit have contracted with Rock County Specialized Transit to provide "dial-a-ride" paratransit van service. Special certification is required to use this service, which operates the same days and hours as all regular buses.
  
  Call the JTS or BTS office for information on how to apply for certification, or Rock County Specialized Transit at (608) 757-5054 (TDD 757-5226) to schedule service if you are already certified in Janesville, Beloit or by another U.S. transit system.
