Installment Payments (Payment Plans)

If you need additional time to pay your fine/forfeiture, you may apply for a deferred payment plan within 10 days of your judgment.

Payment plans are available on cases where the County of Rock or the State of Wisconsin is the prosecuting agency and for City of Janesville traffic cases.

City of Janesville ordinance cases are not eligible for the deferred payment program.
