About the Civil Process Office:

• State mandated service tasked with executing all type of legal documents, evictions, repossessions, and foreclosure sales.
• The Rock County Sheriff's Office takes pride in maintaining a positive and professional relationship with the general public and the various businesses we routinely assist in our daily responsibilities. 

About the Warrant Office:

• Responsible for entering and maintaining thousands of various types of warrants issued through the Rock County Clerk of Courts and the Footville Municipal Court.
