The Economic Support Division determines eligibility for Medical Assistance (MA), FoodShare (FS), ChildCare (CC), and Badger Care Plus (BC+), Wisconsin Works (W-2) and Interium Assistance programs.
Southern Call Center Serving Rock, Iowa, Crawford, Green, Grant, Jefferson and Lafayette Counties
Effective January 3, 2012 the Economic Support Division will be using the Southern Call Center to process changes for the FoodShare, BadgerCare/Medical Assistance and Child Care.programs. The Southern Call Center will serve Rock, Iowa, Crawford, Green, Grant, Jefferson, and Lafayette County Economic Support customers. The Southern Call Center hours of operation are 8:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. It is closed on holidays.
Economic Support Case workers will continue to process initial applications, reviews, six-month report forms, and Child Care Authorizations as well as changes for the W-2 program.
