Obtaining Coroner's Reports / Records

How can I get a copy of a death certificate?

Certified and non-certified copies of death certificates can be obtained from the Rock County Register of Deeds Office located at the courthouse.  A funeral director may order multiple copies of the death certificate from the Register of Deeds Office on behalf of a client family.  The Coroner’s Office cannot release copies of the death certificate.
