Advancing Opportunities Across Rock County

The Rock County Community Initiatives Program is designed to support projects and services that strengthen communities throughout Rock County. Through this funding opportunity, Rock County invests local resources in initiatives that enhance public infrastructure, foster economic vitality, improve community well-being, and address local needs.

Funding is awarded to eligible organizations and local partners to help advance projects that create lasting benefits for Rock County residents and contribute to the County’s mission of building strong, vibrant communities.

Application Process

Interested organizations are encouraged to review the full program guidelines and application requirements provided below. Questions regarding the application process may be directed to Hailey Wagner, Assistant to the County Administrator. Completed applications and supporting materials must be submitted to Hailey Wagner no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 31st.

Applications may be submitted electronically via email (preferred) or by mail. Mailed applications must be received by the deadline to be considered.
