Local Court Rules are a set of procedural regulations adopted by courts that are specific to their jurisdiction. Rock County Circuit Court local rules are organized by General Rules, Rules for Civil Cases, Rules for Criminal, Forfeiture and Traffic Cases, and Rules for Family Cases.
