(Unaccompanied Youth Transitional Housing)
- Project 16:49 serves Rock County’s unaccompanied youth ages 14-21. It
operates 2 transitional living program homes for youth ages 17-21, one for
females and one for males. Both homes can accommodate 8 residents
and residents can stay up to 18 months. Services provided include
independent life skills, employment & tenant skills, coping & personal
safety skills and developing positive support network.

(Domestic Violence Transitional Housing)
- Domestic violence transitional housing offers survivors a place to stay for
12-18 months working extensive with trauma recovery and support
towards self-sufficiency.

months of affordable housing and supportive services to homeless

(Transitional Housing for Families)
- While in the transitional living program, participants work with their case
manager on life skills, budgeting, schooling, and other necessary skills
that would help a person to become more self-sufficient and build good
rental history. Participant’s rent is based on their income.
