If paying in cash, please have exact change, as pennies will become less common over time since no new ones are being minted. 

 Payment options include:

• Pay by mail: the mailing address is 51 S Main Street, Janesville, WI 53545. If you are requesting a receipt, enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope or your email address.
• Online payments: Visit Paying Property Taxes and review the Payment Options section to navigate to the GovTech Services Inc. website to pay with a debit card, credit card, or e-check. Or by Phone call 1-855-912-7625 & follow the voice prompts. There is a fee for using these services. ($1.00 for electronic check, $3.95 debit card, & 2.29% credit card) 
• There is a Drop Box inside the Rock County Courthouse building before security and one next to our office door on second floor. 
• We are open for in-person payments Monday-Friday 8am-5 pm. Closed for holidays.

Public parking is in the front only (upper & lower parking lots) and you must go through Security if you want to come to the 2nd floor.
