In 2025, the County Board established a permanent Rock County Employee Health Insurance Advisory Committee. The purpose of this Committee is to review, report, and recommend any updates or changes to employee insurance plan(s) to the County Board Staff Committee and the County Administrator. These recommendations will help in Rock County administering a sustainable health insurance benefit program.
The Committee shall be composed of three County Board Supervisors and sixteen Rock County employees appointed by the County Board Chair of Supervisors. Members of the Committee shall service staggered terms of three years.
