Coronavirus Disease 2019
I am currently eligible. How do I get a vaccine?
There are many ways to request a COVID-19 vaccine. Here are some of the ways to let local vaccine providers know you would like to get one:
- If you have a regular healthcare provider, watch for communications from your provider or check your health system's website to see what their process is for signing up.
- Check with local pharmacies for vaccine availability and information about their vaccination processes.
- You may also request a vaccination through the Wisconsin COVID-19 Vaccine Registry. This will connect you with health departments and community-based vaccine clinics such as the DHS Community-Based Vaccination Clinic in Rock County (located at Blackhawk Technical College).
If you do not currently qualify to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, more information will be provided as it becomes available. Due to the limited amount of vaccine available, it will take time to vaccinate everyone who wants to receive the vaccine. We appreciate your patience as we navigate through this process.
For more information or questions about the vaccine distribution and eligibility, see the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) or call 844-684-1064 (toll-free).
If you need help finding a local vaccine provider, see the Wisconsin Department of Health services Map of Vaccine Providers or call the Rock County Vaccine Hotline at 608-352-6727.
